What do your packages include?
We try and make it super simple! Our packages include chairs, tables, use of the Grand Hall, the Atrium, the Rock House, Groom's Quarters, our property and outdoor ceremony patio, use of our decor, security, a spacious caterer's prep kitchen, and set up/tear down by our staff.
When will all the renovations and additions be complete?
All renovations and additions you see on our website will be done by September of 2025! We are currently booking 2026 and beyond.
Do you provide chairs and tables?
Yes! Unlike some venues, we do not charge per table or per chair. You have use to all of our tables and chairs. We offer 60" rounds and 6ft rectangle fold outs.
Do you have required vendors we must use?
The only vendor we require is who you use for event insurance. We don't require you use any other specific vendor, and we do give all of our clients an easy to navigate recommended vendors list. These are filled with vendors we've worked closely with and trust to make your wedding day perfect.
What's your alcohol policy?
We allow beer, wine, and up to 2 signature mixed drinks.
What's your capacity limit?
Depending on how you utilize the space we can accommodate up to 300 guests
Do you have a weather plan?
Yes! Our newly added all glass atrium overlooks the Tennessee river and is the perfect place to hold an indoor ceremony. Whether you opt to get married in there because you love it, or you need to because the weather is bad - we have a stunning "back up" with our atrium.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner at the venue?
Yes! Depending on what package you choose, you have an option to come in Friday, rehearse and have your rehearsal dinner here. Our staff work the event, set up and flip the space for you for the wedding day.
Can we stay overnight in the Rock House?
Yes! Our Rock House is able to sleep up to 11 girls in beds. This is usually used for the bride and her bridesmaids to stay the night before and is an additional add on.
