Do you provide chairs and tables?
Yes! Unlike some venues, we do not charge per table or per chair. You have use to all of our tables and chairs. We have 600 chairs, 25 8ft banquet tables, 25 60" round tables, 10 6ft fold out tables, 4 48" round tables and 15 30"cocktail tables, and 8 serpentine tables
Do you have required vendors we must use?
We require you use one of our planners on our extensive list as well who you use for event insurance. We don't require you use any other specific vendor, and we do give all of our clients an easy to navigate recommended vendors list. These are filled with vendors we've worked closely with and trust to make your wedding day perfect.
What's your alcohol policy?
We allow a full bar but we limit serve time to 5 hours consecutive, we do not allow kegs or liquor shots. You must hire a certified and insured bartending service to serve the drinks.
Do you have a weather plan?
Yes! Our all glass atrium overlooks the Tennessee river and is the perfect place to hold an indoor ceremony. Whether you opt to get married in there because you love it, or you need to because the weather is bad - we have a stunning "back up" with our atrium.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner at the venue?
Yes! Depending on what package you choose, you have an option to come in Friday, rehearse and have your rehearsal dinner here. Our staff work the event, set up and flip the space for you for the wedding day.
Can we stay overnight in the Rock House?
Yes! Our Rock House is able to sleep up to 11 girls in beds. This is used for the bride and her bridesmaids to stay the night before and is an additional add on. This is only available to Saturday weddings.
Do you have guest/family overnight stay on property?
We are currently expanding! As of September of 2027 we will be able to sleep 63 people total on property between bridal party stay and guest stay.
